| The race for the seat in Ward 2 remains tied--642 votes each for Joyce Downing and Danielle Henry. A recount will occur, with certified results due by December 7th, 2017. The rest of those elected will be sworn in as planned on November 27th, with the seat in Ward 2 remaining vacant until certification.
| |||
| If in the event the recount finds the results remain a tie, the winner will be determined by lot, employing a method such as a coin toss, name out of a hat, etc.
| |||
| [https://www.northglenn.org/news/downing-declared-winner-ward-2-race Update] - Recount results remained a tie. Joyce Downing was awarded the seat as the result of a random drawing. |
