Recount of Ward 2

The race for the seat in Ward 2 remains tied--642 votes each for Joyce Downing and Danielle Henry. A recount will occur, with certified results due by December 7th, 2017. The rest of those elected will be sworn in as planned on November 27th, with the seat in Ward 2 remaining vacant until certification.
