UNDER CONSTRUCTION

HD 28 is currently represented by Brittany Pettersen (D), first elected in November 2012. Pettersen will not be running for reelection in 2018, opting instead to run for SD 22, which is currently occupied by termed out democrat Andy Kerr. HD 28 has been identified as a seat that will be targeted by a number of groups, including Colorado Resistance.
