Green Valley Ranch itself is divided into three Metro Districts: Green Valley Ranch Metropolitan District, Town Center Metropolitan District, and Ebert Metropolitan District.
Town Center Metropolitan District has boundaries east of Tower Road, south of 56th Street, north of Green Valley Ranch Boulevard, and west of Picadilly Road.
