I would like to see this page in the Sandbox to be a model for a municipal page going forward.

I updated the "candidates" section with the latest from the live Lakewood page & it has some conventions that I would like to implement:

1) I changed the email, website, and facebook references to be links instead of the addresses - saves a lot of precious horizontal space and makes table look cleaner and less confusing.

2) What about candidates who withdrew or just seem to be "missing in action"? I did a strikethrough & gray out in names for these candidates, respectively. Would it make more sense to actually delete them? Or take them out of the active listing and create a "new" table underneath?

3) I also took out the 'seats up for election' table because it seems repetitive and more confusing. What do you think?
